In 2021, Nathan experienced the house-building blues…
Every tradesperson he hired seemed to have communication skills stuck in the Stone Age and service that left much to be desired. So, he called up his high school best mate — Brad, an experienced plumber — with the idea of starting a plumbing business. Seasoned with the secret sauce of top-notch service and the communication skills he had learned from his days running an insurance brokerage, he was sure he had what it took to lift the industry standard.
It just so happened that Brad was fed up with the way he was being treated in his workplace and the disrespect he had been enduring for years. He dreamed of flipping the script and creating a business where tradies were treated like the experts they truly were.
In 2025 we expanded our services to include electrical to get us closer to our goal to become the real estate industries largest and most trusted trades partner.
